Although some scholarly attention has been devoted to the role of religion in entrepreneurship, there is a scarcity research that focuses on influence Islam family business domain general and impact Islamic concepts ethical behavior Muslim firms particular. In addressing this, we reveal how founder's which informed by tawakkul, taqwa, honesty, dignity imprinted as values onto next-generation leaders through mentoring, modeling, job shadowing, thus embedded at firm level.
